WHEN:
Date: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 21st, 22nd, 23rd February, 2025
Arrival Time: Friday, any time after 3 pm to settle in and relax and unwind.
You can arrive later if you have to, though gentle relaxation yin yoga begins at 5 pm which is divine, and then our first meal together is between 6 and 6.30.
Leave Time: is Sunday any time after 2-3 pm
FOOD:
Delicious, Healthy Vegetarian Meals all weekend with Gluten/Dairy Free Options available
(If you have any very strict dietary requirements please message us on 0400392833 and we will see if we can accommodate you, though you may have to bring some of your own if it is particularly unusual.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Please let us know if you snore or have loud breathing as accommodation is shared. We have to arrange like-minded souls in the same rooms and one person can potentially keep the whole room awake even with a sleep apnea device, Simply let us know asap and we can place you with like-minded women who may also snore or use a device. Thank you for your understanding.

Some women come with a group of 2 or more friends or relatives who sleep in the same room, (4 in a room) So if you have friends or family coming please be sure to advise us asap by email or SMS on 0400005741.
