EAT ALIVE – RAW FOOD for MENTAL, EMOTIONAL & PHYSICAL VITALITY

EAT ALIVE FOOD for MENTAL, EMOTIONAL and PHYSICAL VITALITY

Fresh Fruit and vegetables are a vital source of vitamins and minerals. Eat them as fresh and as raw as possible, preferably organic. Also support your emotional and hormonal balance by eating fresh variety of greens, omega oils, and vitamin B & D to assist with emotional ups and downs.

You’ll be happier

study by Columbia University in 2009 shows that people who have engaged in raw food diets for extended periods of time show marked increases in quality of life. Over the course of a several week period, participants in the study showed a decrease in anxiety of 18.6 percent and a decrease in perceived stress by 16.4 percent.

Another 2006 study done by Dr. Zajic of the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center,  over a two year period shows marked increases in mental and emotional well-being. Of the 585 participants, the number who felt a general sense of “enthusiasm and optimism” jumped from 43 percent to 91 percent after starting a raw diet.

The researchers attributed this to participants taking better care of themselves due to a higher level of health-consciousness that comes from eating raw foods.

WHY ALIVE/RAW FOOD?

Nutrients. Heating food over 118 degrees Fahrenheit destroys much of the nutrients in your food. Cooking food also diminishes the natural life energy. Wouldnt you rather put living food in your body.

Enzymes. Cooking food destroys much of the natural enzymes (in your food that are needed to break down nutrients. your body can also create enzymes, but can only do so much) Eating raw can assist this problem.

HUGE ENERGY BOOST: Try it for yourself, eating raw gives you an amazing boost in energy. get tired around 2 or 3pm during the day? An orange or apple will recharge me within a few minutes.Compared to a packaged or processed snack.

DEEPER SLEEP and less sleep required. You’ll better than ever while eating raw and you wont wake feeling as tired or groggy anymore. On most days you’ll wake up feeling full of energy.

Increased mental clarity. Eating ALIVE FOOD helps you focus on the things that are important and can help you be more emotionally in tune with others. Many comment that they feel like a wall of fog has been lifted from their mind. It’s easier to think clearly and focus for long periods of time.

EAT MORE FOOD GAIN LESS WEIGHT:  This isn’t really a health benefit, but it is pretty awesome. You’ll never get that uncomfortable full feeling eating raw. You know where you have to unbutton the top button on your pants and take a nap?  Many can eat as much as they want, and  feel full, I but not weighed down or tired.

EASYT TO PREPARE ( Less dishes): Simply put, there aren’t many dishes to wash when you eat fruit and vegetables.

LESS PACKAGING TO DISPOSE OF: Eating raw means less packaging all around. This means less trash in a landfill and morespace in the pantry. Win/win for everyone.

DIGESTIVE REGULARITY: A raw diet gives you more than enough fiber to keep you regular. You should naturally have around two to three bowel movements a day. If you’re going less than that, it probably means your intestines are unhealthily clogged. Try eating ALIVE FOOD to aid digestion.
