As we are all growing more consciously aware of our emotional states and our abilities to embrace and change them, its important to know how to deal with the stress that can be caused when another persons behaviour triggers us emotionally. Emotions such as anger, sadness, grief and frustration can arise and in this video I share a perspective that can help you see more deeply into the triggers and how to clear them for ever.
Remember… Taking Responsibility for being Triggered psychologically by another person and being able to accept your own mirror reflection in their behaviour can help you to forgive yourself and others… leading ultimately to more peace, happiness, unconditional love and Abundance.
